     Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and managing all depot operations in a financially successful manner.
• Direct the activities of Production Supervisors and Administrative Supervisors in support of productivity and performance of bench jewelers, apprentices and administrative associates.
• Responsible for ensuring that the depot is appropriately paid for ESC, COD, and other service types.
• Operate the depot within budget and profitability objectives.
• Primary source and contact for all Security, Fire, OSHA, and EPA regulations and enforcement. Responsible for the safety and security of jewelry within depot control.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and jewelers.
• Continuous development of jeweler skill training.
• Recommend and implement new strategies to improve depot performance, program effectiveness, and claim/invoice processing efficiency.
• Accountable for the implementation of depot processes, software upgrades, and client presentations that foster greater partnership, and delivery of timely, consistent high quality service.
• Contain and reduce cost of service through effective and innovative application of service strategies.
• Ensures that program parameters are followed to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Additional projects as business needs demand.


Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience required in high performance jewelry production environment or demonstrated industry knowledge and proficiency.
• Extensive jewelry repair and industry background.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Analytical and strong problem solving skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Established track record in the areas of quality management, customer service, and cost efficiency..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer centric orientation.
• Proficient knowledge of AYS, Microsoft Office Package (to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as the latest computer technology
